With Giratina Origin Forme returned to its dimension, Niantic has introduced new legendary Pokemon in the Pokemon GO app. It does not only come with one, but three legendary Trio known as the Lake Guardians.
Originally introduced in the Sinnoh region (Generation 4), Uxie is a legendary Psychic type Pokemon with a max CP of 2524 in Pokemon GO. Uxie is vulnerable to Bug, Dark and Ghost type moves and is boosted by Windy weather. Uxie has been reported to appear in the wild in the Asia-Pacific region.
Another legendary Psychic type Pokemon, Mesprit is also originally found in the Sinnoh region. While it has a max CP of 3058 in Pokemon GO, it is also vulnerable to Bug, Dark and Ghost type moves and is boosted by Windy weather. Mesprit is reported to appear in the wild in the Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
The third Lake Guardian is the legendary Psychic type Pokemon, Azelf which has a max CP of 3210 in Pokemon GO. Azelf is vulnerable to Bug, Dark and Ghost type moves and is also boosted by Windy weather. Azelf is reported to be appear in the wild in the Americas and Greenland.
While this legendary Trio has been appearing in the wild for Trainers to catch, they are also available in the Tier-5 boss raid for Trainers to challenge starting May 2 until May 27, 2019. They will still available in the wild as regional Pokemon even after the raid event ends.
So go out there and challenge Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf. Good luck, Trainers.
