Pokemon fans do not have to wait for any longer now. Nintendo has announced it will be hosting a Pokemon Direct live stream next week on June 5, 2019 for the upcoming Switch release of Pokemon Sword and Shield. The presentation is expected to run for a total of 15 minutes.
Aside from that, there will also be a separate presentation happening much sooner. According to The Pokemon Company, this press conference will cover a number of topics which will be of interest to all Pokemon fans. The live event will take place on May 28 and May 29.
