What Is The Sound At The End Of Avengers: Endgame

Marvel Studio's Avengers: Endgame is now in theaters worldwide. If you have not seen the movie, please leave this page right now.

SPOILER BELOW. Proceed on your own risk.

A true Marvel fan would have know that every Marvel films has at least one post credit scene at the end of the movie. Until now.

Avengers: Endgame, which is the final chapter of the Infinity Saga has no post credit scene. But it does contains something else. Avengers: Endgame is the first Marvel film to feature the longest credit roll. Every characters were shown in the credit, and what even more interesting is the original six Avengers have special tributes with their signatures on each of their credit roll.

But that's not just all. At the end of the credit, a Marvel logo was shown before the screen turns dark. Instead of a video, a metal cranking sound was heard. I am not sure where is the cranking sound comes from. But here are some of the theories.

The cranking sound might have came from the first Iron Man film, where we see Tony Stark built his first armor and escaped the Tenth Ring. It might also came from Eitri the Dwarf. Remember that Eitri the Dwarf also craft weapon. And if it's true, what kind of weapon are we talking here?

Now here's a big question. Remember Harley? The boy in Iron Man 3?

He was at Tony's funeral at the end of the movie. So why was he there? What happened between him and Tony for the past 5 years. Were they building on a big project together for the past 5 years or was Tony passing the torch and his legacy to Harley? Harley was a mechanic too from Iron Man 3 and what if the metal cranking sound is actually Harley building his metal suit?

The Iron Man's suit used in Infinity War was a Mark 50 model, whilst the suit used in Endgame was the Mark 85 model. Theories may have suggest that the missing suits were actually the project Tony and Harley were working on for the past 5 years in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

So tell me about your thought on the comment section below. What would the cranking sound be?
